We’re seeking a Sales Manager to drive and enhance vendor sales while achieving both vendor and company objectives and targets. Responsibilities include meticulously managing all aspects of the sales channel, enhancing product depth, and expanding market share across all tiers. You’ll prioritize maintaining existing business relationships, revitalizing inactive accounts, and cultivating new business opportunities, with a keen focus on identifying potential project bids and advocating for VAD42’s involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts within the designated region.
  • Coordinate company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to fulfil partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Achieve specified targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively lead a collaborative partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  •  Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs to ensure alignment with company offerings.
  • Facilitate sales through partner organizations to end users, collaborating closely with partner sales resources.
  • Manage potential channel conflicts with other company sales channels through effective internal and external communication and adherence to channel engagement guidelines.
  • Drive solution development efforts to address end-user needs, coordinating involvement of company and partner personnel as needed.
  •  Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing and enterprise digitalization technology sales. Out of which minimum 2-year local regional experience mandatory.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Team player with a ‘customer-first’ mentality, leveraging relationships to achieveoutcomes.
